Disabled Facilities

Harveys has disabled access from our Commercial Street entrance of the store. A wheelchair is also available for customer use. Our lift easily carries two wheelchairs side by side and can take customers to most areas of the store. Disabled toilet facilities are available on the second floor. We are very pleased to have been awarded a Certificate of Achievement by the Access for All group recognising our efforts to make shopping as easy as possible for our disabled customers.

Parent and Baby

Full Parent and Baby facilities are available on the second floor in our childrenswear department. Our Country Kitchen Restaurant will also be very happy to help with warming food for baby and we offer the 'Little Rascals' childrens menu.

Gift Vouchers

Harveys Gift Vouchers, the ideal present, are available from our Gift Department in the Basement, our Branded Fashion area on the First Floor, or our Accessories department on the ground floor. They come in £5, £10 and £20 denominations and can be used in any department of the store, including our concession departments and do not have an expiry date.

Harveys Gift Vouchers can be sent by post as an 'easy' convenient gift or can be used for corporate 'rewards' for business. (Discounts are available for bulk purchases). We cannot currently offer gift vouchers to purchase online, however if you would like to contact someone about a mail order purchase please call us on 01422 331188.

Account Card

If you enjoy shopping at Harveys please ask about our Account Card. Being a Harveys Account customer brings you exclusive offers, invites to special events and Sale Previews and gives you up to 60 days credit. For further details please contact our Accounts Office on the Third Floor. Accounts will be opened subject to status.

Privilege Card

If you are a regular Harveys customer you could benefit from our Privilege Card. This is completely free of charge and can give you a 10% saving on your shopping. The Privilege Card is accepted in Ladies Fashion, Shoes, Lingerie and Menswear and for each pound spent on full price merchandise in these departments a point is given. Collect 500 points in any 6 month rolling period and receive a £50 Harveys Gift Voucher absolutely free!

Gift Wrapping

If your purchase is for a gift please inform the Sales Assistant who will be happy to gift wrap it for you. This is a complimentary service and certainly takes the headache out of wrapping, especially at Christmas!
