There’s only one store in Halifax that has three floors dedicated to ladies fashions, Harveys of Halifax.

Customers find themselves working their way up from the ground floor where Wallis and the Market Place are based, stocking both Yasmin le Bon for Wallis and Bay within the Market Place heading straight up to the first floor without realising they have arrived on another level.

The first floor has many well-known and new brands for the Spring/Summer season, taking 2010 into the next level for colour, design and quality. New designers and brands include Laura Ashley, Lisa Campione, Passport and Adini who sit alongside the well-known brands Harveys has stocked season by season. Names like Jocavi, Betty Barclay, Tivoli, CC, Minuet, First Avenue, Fenn Wright Manson, Olsen, Taifun, Eastex and Ann Harvey sit perfectly with some of the newer collections that incorporate Frank Saul Knitwear, Lebek, and the exciting range from Joules.

There’s no getting away from the second floor range of ladies famous brands where the customer can purchase the more casual ranges from Dash, Tigi and iZ.  

This season shows us that florals, flimsy, stylish and colour are what Spring and Summer is all about.  There's a mixture of floaty girlie styles and sleek tailored stunning dresses, shirts, jackets, skirts and trousers for this season.

Still stocking for the more voluptuous lady with curves by Ann Harvey, aimed at sizes 16 to 26.  Minuet is the brand that caters for the petit lady, with a great collection this season.
